Hungarian Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years in Budapest

Hundreds of Scientologists assembled at the Váci Road church in Budapest to mark the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology’s Ideal Org on Váci Road.

Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary included a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.

Over its first ten years, the Budapest church has also hosted activities focused on drug education, human rights, humanitarian service and dialogue between religions. These activities are connected Scientology with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
